Shipping Destinations
Donatello 1978 ships to Italy and all European Union countries using selected express couriers to ensure a fast, reliable, and fully trackable delivery service.
For shipping requests to countries outside the European Union, please contact us before placing your order at info@donatello1978.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

Italy: Free shipping on all orders.

European Union (excluding Italy): €20 per order.

Free shipping on all orders of €300 or more, both within Italy and throughout the rest of the European Union.
Where applicable, shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
During periods of high order volume, such as sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Orders are delivered by express courier.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 1–3 business days.

European Union: 2–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by the courier, customs authorities (where applicable), adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond Donatello 1978's reasonable control shall not give rise to any liability.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery
Upon delivery, customers are kindly requested to verify that:

the number of packages matches the shipping documentation;

the packaging is intact and shows no signs of damage, tampering, or moisture.
Any visible damage or irregularities should be reported immediately to the courier by accepting the delivery subject to inspection (or with an equivalent reservation accepted in your country) and promptly notifying Donatello 1978 at info@donatello1978.com.
Failure to report any visible issues upon delivery may limit the possibility of submitting a claim against the carrier.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence or because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, the courier will make a further delivery attempt in accordance with its procedures.
If the shipment is returned to Donatello 1978 for reasons not attributable to the seller, any costs incurred for the return shipment and any subsequent re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
